LIVE ONLINE Music Lesson INSTRUCTIONS:

1. DEVICE: use a laptop, desktop, tablet, or phone. A bigger screen is more ideal and a newer device makes the audio and video work better.

   1a. POSITION the DEVICE: 

       Piano = set it from the side or maybe even slightly behind and from one side of the keyboard or piano.

      Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Trumpet = set it directly in front of the student on a stand or tripod or table where it is even with their eyes or even slightly facing down is better than too low and facing upward.

2. Download the ZOOM app: http://zoom.us

  2a.   After opening the app, click on the circular symbol on the upper right (as shown below) and go to the AUDIO setting:   (Another Way: Go under settings under PREFERENCES (which is under zoom.us for mac) > then AUDIO > then ADVANCED 

    Check mark the box next to “Show in meeting option to enable ORIGINAL SOUND”

     Then enable or TURN ON “Original Sound” 

      Make the other settings adjustments shown below.
